The Erasmus+ HEARTS project website is now online, an innovative initiative dedicated to promoting mental health and preventing trauma within the university community.
The new website offers a comprehensive overview of the project, presenting detailed information, educational materials, events, and updated news. A point of reference for students, faculty, and university staff interested in discovering HEARTS activities and actively participating in the promotion of a healthier and more inclusive university environment.
Among the planned initiatives, a series of workshops dedicated to students and university staff, using the Social and Community Theatre methodology to promote mental well-being and provide concrete tools to address difficulties. The workshops will take place during the 2024/2025 academic year.
