Within the project, SCT Centre designed and conducted a training course aimed at teachers from the institutes and operators from the cooperatives that collaborate with the same institutes involved, in order to make this training opportunity an occasion to strengthen the educational community understood as the set of territorial actors who are committed to ensuring the well-being and growth of girls and boys and thus have an effective impact on students.

The main objectives of the meetings were:

• sharing of interpretations and appropriate observational tools to identify developmental criticalities in children and teenagers
• establishing a shared vocabulary among service providers from various sectors to facilitate dialogue about the challenges faced by children and young people
• promotion of dialogue among education professionals through workshop proposals that stimulate discussion and the creation of a climate of collaboration and exchange among colleagues, aimed at promoting future possibilities for collaborative projects that benefit the educational community and students
