The ECO – Education of COmmunity project, funded by Con I Bambini – Call for Educational Communities 2020, was created to promote the construction and strengthening of effective and sustainable educational communities in Favara and Palma di Montechiaro (AG) through a process of empowerment and peer community learning. At the center of the actions is the participation of the entire educational community with a view to inclusion, expansion and development.
The community’s care, wellbeing, and desires are central to shaping its future through shared planning and creative methodologies.
Communities gain greater awareness of their responsibility towards minors, along with the tools and strategic knowledge to achieve autonomy and long-term sustainability, while co-creating community hubs open to the territory where they can express their voice and their ECHO.
